I trained with Kirk for about 6 months beginning in Feb of 2019. Kirk is an enthusiastic and passionate trainer, and is a consummate professional who has his clients at the center of every decision he makes on their behalf.
Over the time I worked with Kirk, he helped me to lose 60 pounds through a combination of a 5-day training schedule, dietary advice, tireless encouragement and endless patience.
Kirk has a genuine knack for pleasantly encouraging you to do your best in all facets of training by working with you to establish achievable goals, and gently holding you accountable to them and yourself.
Kirk truly cares about his clients as people, and strives to tailor programs that meet each individual's mental, physical, and dietary needs.
Life circumstances have prevented us from training together, but I plan on rekindling that relationship as soon as I can. I met Kirk as a trainer 4 years ago and we remain friends to this day.
