I loved my experience working out with Kirk.
My husband and I decided to embark on our health and fitness journey together. Kirk paid close attention to both of our individual needs. My goals were to lose weight, get stronger, and to improve my overall health. Kirk knew exactly the path to help me reach my goals. I went from 145 lbs to 122 lbs and became the most toned I've ever been.
I was nervous to be working out with two men, along with being in a gym environment that was foreign to me. Kirk was very kind and professional and my worries were quickly put to ease. He explains things well and takes proper form seriously to make sure to avoid injuries.
I seriously learned so much that, even when we weren't able to see Kirk in person, we were set up with enough knowledge to know how to put together a good workout at home or when on vacation.
I would highly recommend Kirk Reynolds as a personal trainer. He cares about his clients and gets results. FIVE STARS!!!!!
