Although I've trained all ages, from 3 - 18 year olds with Crossfit Kids to 80 year olds in injury rehabilitation, I really enjoy working with those who are ages 40 and older.
When you get to your late 30s and early 40s things just start feeling different, don't they? There are aches and pains accumulating from years of life that really need to be addressed by someone who knows something about movement and how the body works.
Most of my current clientele are 50+ and becoming fitter every day.
Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout at your home, I'll provide you with workouts you can conveniently do at home. If you’d love to experience a gym environment, I train exclusively at Natural Fitness in Sandpoint and Ponderay and can help you navigate the membership process!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
